Maiya Elizabeth, 6 Days Old Newborn at Home Session in Winchester

Welcome to beautiful Maiya’s newborn at home session!

Maiya’s parents contacted me asking for a bespoke package for their soon to be born daughter and I was more than happy to help.  Maiya’s package is similar to the babies first year package so she was photographed as a new born and also has a session booked in for when she turns six months and another for when she turns one.

As you can see, Maiya is absolutely beautiful, just like her Mummy and big sister Zarah.  She was sleepy when I first arrived but soon decided she would much rather have her eyes open for her first photo shoot!

The Newborn at Home Sessions are specifically designed to work around the baby and are very relaxed.  During the session I do some posed photos and always capture the little details such as the hair, feet and hands but mostly I photograph the family interacting with the new arrival.  You can read more about these sessions here.
